Using CAD drawing, import the generated file into the operating system for machine operation. The machine adopts pneumatic mechanical gripper to grasp the material, and cooperates with the roller press frame to drive the machine to work by servo. The operation is simple and the work efficiency is improved several times.

Both the sheet metal and the main parts of the machine use high-precision laser cutting machines, welded after cutting, and processed after annealing. The assembly reference plane of the machine is processed by a CNC milling machine with an accuracy of 0.05mm. The machine uses Taiwan's Delta servo motor and servo driver to ensure accurate and stable pushing and precise cutting. Both the pressing and moving cylinders use Taiwan Airtac brand cylinders, which have precise action, fast response, abundant pressure and firm pressing.
